The day continued on a family houseboat at Lake Powell—music, movement, laughter, and celebration unfolding naturally, without a schedule or expectations.

Elopements like this allow space for honesty and intimacy. They create room for the moments in between. This film is a reflection of that—documentary, unfiltered, and deeply human.

India is a close friend and artist - we both have documented love stories as wedding photographers individually and together—so when she asked me to film her wedding, it meant everything to be apart of this adventure.

What unfolded was a true elopement adventure. We traveled together from Utah to the Southwest of Arizona, ending at Horseshoe Bend where Jay and India exchanged vows with a small group of loved ones, standing on the edge of the canyon as the wind carried her veil away forever.
